We're Hiring: HR Director/Manager | Long Island, NY (On-Site)

Hours: Full Time, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Great Neck, NY

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000

A dynamic and fast-growing Long Island-based Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a hands-on and visionary HR Director/Manager to lead our people operations across the U.S. This is more than an HR job — it’s a chance to shape a thriving company culture, drive recruitment strategy, and lead impactful initiatives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

What you will be doing:

• Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities and industry organizations.
• Champion HR compliance and shape forward-thinking policies.
• Advise leadership and mediate employee relations with fairness and empathy.
• Drive performance management, professional development, and retention strategies.
• Support payroll, reporting, and HR analytics alongside our finance team.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
• Strong working knowledge of federal/state labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven success with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• A strategic mind with a hands-on approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (certifications a plus!).
